The delivery time of an order is divided into three parts:

Processing time:

• We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3 business days and shipped the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship your orders on weekends.
• Shipping time:

• The arrival time of your package is calculated after international logistics delivery, as shown in the table below. Thank you so much for your patience.

• It is that there are some provinces or countries for their location, more delivery time is needed, such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, it is recommended to place an order after requesting customer service. Thank you very much for your patience.
• Please note that Suerteyay cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Please make sure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, which may delay the delivery of your order. Delays can also occur as a result of customs clearance.
• Your local customs office may require additional documents and time, which may delay the estimated delivery time. Please fill in your address with all details, otherwise you will not be able to receive your orders on time.
